Eligibility: The Capify referral scheme is open to existing, previous and non-Capify clients. Brokers, affiliates and anyone with an existing commercial agreement with Capify, Rapital or Capedge will not qualify for this scheme
To make a valid referral, you must complete the web form via the referral link provided. Any referrals submitted via channels other than the form will not be eligible.
Reward Calculation: The reward is tiered and varies based on the total loan value of the referred client. Specific reward amounts will be calculated once the referred client’s loans are confirmed.
Previous Referral Reward: Due to the increase of potential referral rewards, there is no longer a separate scheme for successful referrers in this period.
General Capify Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions
The Capify referral scheme is open to existing, previous and non-Capify clients
To make a valid referral, you must complete the web form via the referral link provided. Any referrals submitted via channels other than the form will not be eligible.
Referrals will only be eligible if the referred company is not already in conversation with Capify via any other channel or is already a Capify client.
There is only one reward for each Referred company/organisation referred. Capify will notify the Referrer if the Referred company/organisation has previously been referred
If a Referred company is sent by multiple Referrers, whichever Referrer submitted the referral first will be deemed as the Referrer
Referrals will be deemed as ineligible if an existing client refers their own company or a franchisee
To constitute a successful referral, the referred business must be an approved and funded loan deed for either Capify, Rapital or Capedge loan products – secured or unsecured.
If the referred business signs an agreement for at least one Capify loans, the amount received is not linked to the past number of successful referrals but is driven by the number of products the referred business takes.
There is no limit to the number of businesses a referrer can refer in our referral programme
The Referrer may be named in communication between Capify and the Referred business
The Gift Card will only be issued for valid referrals, once the new client has received the approved and funded loan from Capify/CAPEDGE/ Rapital.
The Gift Card will be issued within 90 days of the loan agreement being executed and funded.
There is no cash alternative and Capify reserve the right to withdraw or alter the referral reward, including changing the value of the gift card or replace the gift card with an alternative, subject to availability
The Capify referral programme is available to permanent UK residents only
In the event of any disputes regarding any Referred company/organisation, the decision of Capify is final
Any rewards from this programme should be declared in your annual tax return or declared as a benefit in kind
In the event of a Referrer not receiving a referral fee, a claim must be raised for consideration to marketing@Capify.co.uk within 90 days of the referral form submission. Any claims made after 90 days will not be eligible for a Referral fee
